The S20xi is simple to operate and can easily handle 35mm slides, filmstrips, negatives, and photographic prints. Maximum scanning size is 5 by 7 inches with up to 12 bits per color, linear internal resolution. Setup is a snap with plug-and-play installation provided via a USB interface. Scanning time is around one minute per frame or image, while the included software bundle lets you smooth, enhance, and otherwise maximize the quality of the originals.
