Ergonomic coaxial focus controls have tension adjustment and a safety autostop. Koehler illumination allows for effective contrast control. The illuminator features field iris, aperature iris, and filter slots. Filter sets are included. Microscopes with brightfield/darkfield/incident illumination give you the flexibility of incident illumination plus adds the capability of darkfield observation mode with Plan Epi BF/DF objectives. This model features an ultra bright 50 W halogen vertical Koehler illuminator. Polarized light mode included.
