This is an advanced brightfield, darkfield and polarizing metallurgical microscopy system with 3.0 Mega pixel USB2.0 digital image system.
The microscope comes with a quintuple nosepiece, four infinitive Plan objectives and a powerful 100W reflected Kohler illumination system, providing brightfield, darkfield and polarizing features. It offers four metallurgical magnification settings (50X, 100X, 200X & 500X).
The color digital image system captures 3.0 MP high resolution microscope images and displays them as full-screen live video on your computer screen. Its built-in reduction lens gives your computer screen the same field of view images as those seen through the microscope eyepieces. With the included user-friendly software, which is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7, you can edit microscope images in the same way as you use PhotoShop. You can conduct measurements across images, record videos, share images, and save them in BMP, TIFF, JPG, PICT, PTL and other formats. You can measure lengths, angles, areas and etc.
This microscopy system is perfect for metallurgical labs and foundries for silicon wafer inspection, integrated circuit examination, quality control and R&D applications.
